Driver FAQ
There are several advantages to using Weigh My Truck, but the most important reasons may be saving time and receiving ticket images automatically to your email. Being able to weigh with the app means you can save 20 minutes per weigh, and receiving ticket images to your email means you never lose another scale ticket.
Weigh My Truck is available for smartphones and tablets through Google Play and the Apple App Store.
The Weigh My Truck app is free.
There are currently no additional charges from CAT Scale for using Weigh My Truck. Pricing for U.S. locations is $14.75 for a first weigh and $5.00 for a reweigh. Pricing for Canadian locations is $25.00C for a first weigh and $8.00C for a reweigh.
A weigh qualifies as a reweigh when it is the same truck and trailer within 24 hours at the same CAT Scale location. The app will automatically recognize if you are eligible for a reweigh and give you that option on your device.

You can weigh at any of our CAT Scale weigh stations and no appointment is necessary. Simply show up and pull onto the scale. Have your vehicle split between scale 1 and scale 2. Scale one is the closest to the intercom sign. To start the weigh when you are on the scale push the button on the intercom sign and a cashier will get your information. At this point you can pull off the scale and go inside to get your ticket. Please verify what your specific branch of service requires to be on the scale ticket.
