General information – session cookie information is used only by CAT Scale and is not provided to any other organization. It is used in aggregate for traffic analysis. We may also disclose weigh ticket information upon your request or according to the guidelines described on our “Ticket Copy Request” portal. CAT Scale Company only provides ticket information to the purchaser of the ticket, to the trucking company name that appears on the ticket, or to verify tickets that have been presented to customers as proof of weight.

CAT Scale attempts to provide the most recent, accurate, and reliable information on our web site. However, there may be occasions when information featured on www.catscale.com may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or other inaccuracies. CAT Scale does not warrant that the information accessible via this web site is accurate, complete or current. Any errors are unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in location data, map routing or weighing information. CAT Scale reserves the right to correct errors and to update information at any time. Of course, we will make every effort to provide you with current information.
CAT Scale does not warrant that this web site will operate uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful elements. As a user of this web site, your access is undertaken at your own risk. Do Not Track Settings
Your device operating system or browser may include settings, options, or add-on components to control the placement and presence of cookies and access to location information. We do not track our users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and do not specifically respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. We do keep records of your transaction history as part of our standard record-keeping practice for business records. This transaction history will include information about the location of the scale that was used for that transaction. Where we do marketing based on geography or location, we do not access personal information of the user. We may use device ID information for these marketing campaigns.
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child under 13 years of age has obtained an account on the Service, then you may alert us at 877-CATSCALE Ext. 5 and request that we delete that child’s personally identifiable information from our systems.
